Qualifications and reviews

I've been teaching yoga since 2012 after training at Arhanta yoga ashram in Khajuraho, India. In more recent years as my life has been focused on starting and growing my little family i've found myself more drawn to yoga for Mothers in their different stages of life. Working with mothers through pregnancy and beyond and also learning more about birth through my own pregnancy gave me the desire to also then train as a Doula.

I feel so honoured to be able to support women going through their amazing personal journey into motherhood and after having my little baby girl Eve in 2017 and my boy Fin in 2020 I feel that i can bring my own learnings and experiences to each woman and family that i support.
I love helping women  adapt to the changes in their body in a positive way, i teach safe and effective yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation and as a Doula im there for constant physical and emotional support. I enjoy giving parents time and space to connect with their unborn babies through support, relaxation and movement.
It's a wonderful experience that I feel very lucky to be able to be part of.

Danielle and Liah (Online Mama and Baby yoga)

Lauranza is a lovely yoga teacher. I met her doing prenatal yoga and was so excited to then join her mama and baby yoga with my little one. Her voice is so Calming and reassuring, there's no pressure to do anything that doesn't feel right. I also really enjoy the check in circle we do at the beginning of each class just to see how everyone is doing. It really creates that communal vibe that I love.

Milly and Monty (Mama and Baby Yoga)

I absolutely love the class and it’s one of the highlights of my week. Monty also really enjoys it. I find it really allows me to take time to relax and I always feel like I can breath and move so much better afterwards. It’s definitely needed while looking after a baby. I would actually really love to have the class twice a week :-) thank you for bringing the class online. Milly x

Judit and Andor (Mama and Baby yoga)

It is always great to be in your classes, completely feel recharged after (even if i can do two asanas in total due Andor is constantly eating :)
It is also very inspiring how you stay relaxed, calm and focused even when the babies are a bit fussy.

I have taken various classes with Lauranza over the past few years and even had the pleasure of going on one of her retreats. She is one of the best teachers I have ever had. As a beginner she has a wonderful way to ease you in and her teaching style is very easy to follow but she can also push you to achieve things you didn’t think were possible. Her classes always give me a huge sense of achievement as well as peace of mind. It’s the best balance. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go along .. you wont regret it.

I have done a number of classes with Lauranza (as a bit of an amateur Yogi) and she ensured the whole class was pushed to their appropriate levels. A great work out, really calming and great fun. All done under a watchful instructor – a great supportive environment with gentle adjustments to improve your practice week on week. My favorite Yoga instructor. I’m just really sad she has moved out of my area. If you can, go go go!!!!!

Yoga with Lauranza is such a lovely way to relax, stretch and learn something new. Her teaching style is super easy going, and she shows you how to develop your practice for you rather than just achieving a posture for the sake of it. She really takes the time to understand why you’ve come to yoga, and she’s funny too!

I enjoyed a number of 1-2-1 yoga sessions with Lauranza, and would throughly recommend it. Initially, I went to build up my confidence but stayed because of her great teaching techniques. She encouraged my practice whilst allowing me to find my own style. The sessions are a really good length, and worth checking out.
